We understand that this is an unprecedented and difficult time, but we want you to know that we are here for you. As always, the health and well-being of our patients, guests and employees who work in our facilities, continue to be our number one priority.
You can rest assured that we are closely monitoring any and all updates about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) from the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local health and governmental authorities.
We at Brooklyn Premier Orthopedic and the Center for Musculoskeletal Disorders will continue to provide you with above standard care while implementing a few changes in our operational processes to allow for less crowding and decreased waiting periods.
Here is a list of additional ongoing initiatives: Screening patients via telephone and upon arrival. Utilizing appropriate cleaning protocols. Limiting unnecessary exposure (i.e., only one patient guest, when possible, and no vendor appointments).
If you are keeping a scheduled appointment, please only do so if you and all members of your household are free from symptoms which include a fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath. If you or members of your household are experiencing such symptoms, please call your personal healthcare provider or local Urgent Care for adequate instructions.
For additional information, please visit the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions website, https://www.cdc.gov/ . Again, the health and wellness of you all is our top priority. We will continue to keep you up to date as we receive information from our public health officials.
We are in this together!
