Phillip Andrus, RPA-C

Philip Andrus joined Brooklyn Premier Orthopedics in January of 2021 as a certified Physician Assistant. A graduate from the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Philip brings to Brooklyn Premier Orthopedics a diverse working knowledge in various disciplines including: Emergency Medicine, Vascular surgery, and orthopedic surgery. At Brooklyn Premier Orthopedics, Philip is responsible for healthcare and patient care management. Under the physicians’ supervision, Philip is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of medical services, including: taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, administering treatments (e.g., injections, suturing, and minor surgery), monitoring patients, prescribing medications, and counseling and educating patients.
